1. What does the warranty cover?
At Zimax Technology, all products sold are 100% genuine and backed by the official manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand and the type of product.
The warranty typically includes:

Please note that physical damage is not covered under the warranty.
2. What is not covered by the warranty?

3. How long is the warranty period?

1. Processors, RAM, and SSDs have lifetime or 3–5 years of coverage (brand-dependent)
2. Laptops, PCs, and monitors come with 1–3 years of warranty
3. Accessories typically carry a warranty of 6 months to 1 year

4. Can I return the product directly to Zimax Technology?
Yes, you can send the item to our shop for assistance with warranty processing. However, courier fees must be paid by the customer.
5. How to Send for Warranty
To claim a warranty, kindly follow these steps:

Make sure you have the following:
1. The purchase invoice from Zimax Technology
2. The original packaging (if still available)
3. The serial number or warranty sticker must remain intact

Step 5: Wait for Processing
The entire warranty process typically takes between 7 to 30 working days, depending on the brand and issue reported.
